I support leaders, teams, organizations and other coaches on their individual quests. 
I am a trained systemic coach and therapist with a focus on leadership coaching. I believe that everyone can lead and take responsibility -- regardless of their job description. 
As a trained mediator and facilitator I also focus on difficult situations and conflicts between people and within teams and organizations.
As a coaching supervisor and trainer I also support other coaches in their work because I strongly believe that everybody who works intensively with people needs a safe space for reflection and a kind but honest companion.
