If you are new to coaching or if we have never worked together, this introductory appointment is perfect for you. Whether you're seeking personal or professional growth, this session will help you take the first step towards achieving your objectives
In coaching, trust is paramount. To achieve the best results, it's crucial to feel comfortable and confident with your coach. Our free introductory appointment provides you with the opportunity to build that trust. You can ask any questions you have, discuss your goals, and ensure that the coach you choose is the perfect match for your needs. Subscribing to this appointment is the first step in securing a successful coaching journey.
Individual coaching enables the coachee to draw on his or her own resources to discover and implement relevant and realistic solutions to move towards a defined professional/personal objective. These solutions are identified by the coachee themselves, and are therefore more likely to succeed than solutions imposed from outside.
The approach as a whole is therefore forward-looking and focuses more on "how" to achieve an objective than on "why" a situation is difficult. It is a voluntary approach by the coachee, focused on the present and aimed at developing the person's self-learning capacities and autonomy.
The art of coaching is essentially based on questioning, and its effectiveness depends on the sympathetic listening space created by the coach, which encourages awareness, the emergence of solutions, decisions and actions. It's important to understand that coaching is not about giving advice, but about helping the coachee to take control of their future and achieve the goals they have set themselves.
Leaders are constantly challenged by the ongoing changes demanded by a constantly evolving business environment. As a result, management has evolved towards a capacity to anticipate and support transitions, and is becoming transitional leadership.
Through our offering, we aim to support you throughout this profound cultural transformation, which requires a strong commitment from all stakeholders within the company, as well as from customers, suppliers and subcontractors. It also requires strong motivation and commitment from all members of the organisation.
It is with this in mind that the approach we propose, has been designed and that our support is provided through a number of iterations, encouraging the implementation of "quick wins", the drivers of success in this transition to agility.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a major challenge for companies of all sizes, in all sectors. It is also a fantastic opportunity to rethink the relationship with "internal and external stakeholders" by changing certain managerial practices so that ways of working together can be consistent and support sustainable development actions more effectively, and in so doing, promote the attractiveness of the company, create a strong brand, give meaning to work, redistribute responsibilities, and thus reduce psychosocial risks.
Our team can help you integrate CSR into your strategy, achieve your sustainable development and social responsibility objectives, and attract, retain and develop your talent.
Coaching, mediation, awareness-raising, conferences, workshops, round tables... We adapt our approach to your needs.
What is Co-Development?
Created by Adrien Payette and Claude Champagne, Co-development is based on collective intelligence.
The co-operative sessions bring together a small group (6-8) of participants and a facilitator/coach.
Participants share a similar problematic or situation who believe they advise / share suggestion / thoughts with each other with a view to improving their situation. The power of peer support helps its participants in finding ideas, solutions, ways to move forward. It leads to action, a personal plan to move forward.
Individual reflection and group discussion are supported by a structured consultation exercise focusing on the participants current issues.
It is a cycle of 1h30 gatherings, 2h for the first one so there is time for an introduction. If there are 6 participants, there will be 6 workshops so each person has a chance to benefit once on a particular issue. Frequency can be every 10 days / 2 weeks.
The Co-development Methodology
It follows a strict methodology with rules ensuring respect, kindness, freedom of speech, no judgement, acceptance of each other background. The facilitator/coach is the warrant of the process.
Three roles will interact during the session cycle. The facilitator/coach, who moderates, is the warrant of the rules, flow, timing. The facilitator/coach doesn’t take part unless the conversation gets stuck and requires a question to reinitiate the flow. The participants will act as consultants during the session putting their ideas at the service of their peer who stepped up as client of the session at the beginning. The client is the one who will ask for advice on that day. All participants will be the client of a session.
During the 1h30 session, the facilitator/coach will guide the group through the various phase:
