Amina Afif

Born and grew up in Seychelles. With over 15 years of experience in public service education in Luxembourg, I have developed a rich portfolio of skills in educational policy, evaluation, and school improvement. My journey has taken me from Seychelles to the UK and Luxembourg, where I have embraced diverse roles as a statistician, pedagogue, and education coach.

In 2020, I transitioned into the role of a Transformational Life Coach, recognizing the profound impact of past traumas on our present lives. My coaching practice focuses on helping young adults manage high anxiety, self-doubt, low self-image, and lack of confidence. Through a comprehensive 10-session program, I guide clients to regain control, build confidence, and pursue their passions with resilience.

My work is deeply rooted in my personal experiences and my passion for understanding and supporting others. I combine my extensive background in education with my training in deep transformational coaching to offer unique insights and strategies for personal growth. I believe in the power of our dreams (during sleep) to guide us in life and often incorporate dream analysis into my coaching sessions.

Beyond my professional life, I am a fun and positive individual who loves island music, dancing, and fitness. I am a fan of alternative and functional medicine, always exploring holistic ways to improve well-being. I am heart-centred and authentic, striving to connect deeply with those I work with. As an Education Policy Adviser, I also coach teachers in Seychelles in their leadership, helping them create nurturing and effective educational environments.

Today, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to heal, grow, and realize their full potential, blending my professional expertise with my personal passions to support others on their journey to a fulfilling life.
