I am a Social and Occupational Psychologist, an accredited ACC coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a certified NLP Master Practitioner.

I am experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a certified Brain Coach. I’m also a certified Fair Play Method facilitator, helping clients find more quality time in their lives, more balance and an equitable distribution of the mental load.

With more than 20 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programmes, I have a comprehensive offer of soft skills and personal development training, bot in-person and online.

I have the honour of being the President of the ICF Luxembourg Chapter.
