I have transitioned from software development to people development after more than twenty years in the Tech Industry, now I focus on Leadership and Life Coaching of leaders in Tech and Entrepreneurs (Coaches, Therapists, Consultants).

My coach education is from Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and I was certified in 2022, I have been coaching since 2018 as an Agile Coach.

I have studied with Malou Laureys, a Therapist and Radical Collaboration® Master Trainer for 2 years and her Transformational Keys® Facilitation Model and the ENBA Theory; The Evolutionary Neuro-Biological Adaptation® (ENBA) theory, a theory of human functioning and change, which I can use to support you to get out of unwanted patterns and create deep lasting change.
