Being a leadership and change professional, an EQ/EI practitioner, and a financial services industry expert, with over two decades of international consulting and corporate experience, I have supported large number of leaders, teams & organizations (from the profit and non-profit sector) to continuously transform and grow, and ultimately to become more happy and content in their lives and on their leadership journeys.

I am an organizational psychologist, a certified executive-, business- and leadership coach (ACC/CCE/ICF), a certified agile coach and a supervisor, who works holistically. That means I meet my  clients exactly where they are right now in their lives and help them to regain joy and excitement, but as well focus, and to align their heart, mind and energy in order to transform towards the best possible version of themselves and create a positive impact in the world.
