And that is where I come in. Having experienced coaching myself, I have seen what coaching can do to build on confidence, self-esteem and create a positive path in any situation, bringing out your true potential. It was from this that I developed a real passion in wanting to coach and help others find their own strengths, build on them and remove any barriers in their way. This is my motivation!

I have worked in sales for over 20 years, in the motor trade and then for the last 9 years in the insurance industry. Within this time, I was introduced to coaching and have developed my practice both internally and externally.

My main focus is working with executives and individuals on a 1:1 basis exploring their goals and unique areas they want to pursue, develop and improve on. This extends to working with organisations and teams to drive cohesion and unlocking ways the team/business can grow and share together.

Anybody, any organisation, any role and any topic! For me everyone would benefit with some coaching. Being present, listening, a sounding board, making small tweaks could lead to big life changes and for the better. Realising there is a way forward, concurring the doubts, fears, and finding the positive.
