Lindy Cozens

I love working with a real cross section of individuals.  What I enjoy most is when they are motivated and keen to grow their skills and knowledge.  

My background is "why people do the things they do" and have worked in blue chip firms and small niche consultancies.  I work with FTSE 100 executives and start-up entrepreneurs, NGO's and private individuals.  

The work is primarily on the soft skills so that what people are doing is more effective.  Therefore "what" is it that people are wanting to achieve and "how" are they going to do it.  love working with people to establish their brand and create their presence and ensuring that their communication is outstanding.

I am divorced, two great boys and three amazing grandchildren.  I try to swiim regularly and play golf in good weather.  Love to travel as I grew up in South America, The Caribbean, The Far East and Africa and have loved working all over the world.  I speak Spanish, French, both poorly and am learning Italian!
