I come form a very diverse background. Having done years of therapy and having 3 teenagers myself, I have first hand experience with parenting challenges as well as personal growth aspirations.
I can help my clients reach their full potential. I facilitate their journey towards self-development by increasing their awareness and helping them deal with their triggers and limting beliefs.
I support my clients in identifying patterns and coping mechanisms that are not serving them.
I have a certification in Mother Wound Coaching. Clients recognize and accept that what they recieved from their mother might not be what they needed.
