Susana Rubies

Hello! My name is Susana Rúbies and I am from Spain.

I am an ACC ICF Certified Coach, specialized in Personal, Executive, Leadership and Team Building. My mission is to accompany people to achieve their goals successfully through a process of self-knowledge and awareness that will allow them to take advantage of their full potential, development and individual growth, both personally and professionally.

Also, I am Emotional Mentor, expert in Transpersonal approach with NLP and Bioneuroemotion techniques. Thus, I work on deeper levels of the mind which allows me to discover and unblock the unconscious patterns that anchor people in their past, preventing them from moving forward

Regharding my background, I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & MBA with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of marketing and business consulting.

I have worked in several companies (both national and multinational), belonging to different sectors and areas and holding management positions. Therefore, I know the business world and its internal dynamics pretty well. 

For several years now, my mission is to help companies boost their success and grow, maximizing the personal and professional potential of their executives, managers and teams, with a "humanistic" approach that emphasizes people's own abilities, their level of awareness and emotional intelligence.
