I am an internationally trained and certified coach (ICF, PCC), passionate about leadership, professional development, resilience, and emotional well-being in the evolving future of work.

My mission is to support the leadership and skills we need to thrive through longer careers, rapid change and increasing uncertainty, without compromising our well-being.

I have extensive experience supporting executives and professionals responding to change with greater self-awareness, confidence, and resilience. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, across sectors such as legal, high-tech, pharma, media, and army leadership, but also mid-career professionals seeking to find their purpose and reinvent themselves professionally. 

With 15 years of corporate experience from the high-tech sector, within IP/legal/Sales, in leadership and individual contributor roles, I combine strategic insights with human centric vision and values. I hold a master’s degree in political sciences (MSc), and have native fluency in English, Swedish, Danish/Scandinavian, with basic understanding of Finnish and French.

Based in Luxembourg, I offer coaching services to organizations and individuals via Video platform or at the client’s premises, as well workshops on demand.
