Long Term partnership

Long term partnership includes 15 sessions.

This partnership between client and coach fosters deep personal development, self exploration. The client has time to start breaking negative cycles as well as changing unhealthy patterns and coping mechanisms.

It allows the implementation of more healthy patterns and coping mechanisms that better serve the new aunthentic being.

Clients have a clear timeline and financial engagement is likely to improve regularity and planning.

Breaking patterns requires time as does the implmentation of new healthy habits.  

This long term partnership allows the client to take several steps toward their goals and provides time and space for accountability as well.
