Michaela Goetz

Starting out with a degree in econo-mathematics, I worked as a Market Researcher before taking on Marketing Strategy, and then moved on to leading a marketing organization covering multiple marketing disciplines. During my seven years as Marketing Director, I managed my team in a complex matrix environment linking into several functional leaders. I enjoyed developing the individuals as well as the organization to form a well performing team. After leaving the corporate world, I engaged in coach training and certification.  I rely on a broad range of know-how in the areas of personal development, value systems, and positioning in a business environment, strategy development as well as set-up of teams and optimization of team processes and collaboration.

My passion is in developing teams and organizations either through working with the leaders individually or with the team as a whole.
